Apple has poor support here in the Philippines. None of these resellers or distributors and sales channels can fully support us in using Apple products. Apple's presence in teh Philippine is to sell only and after sales support is something that we are still yet to enjoy. I was in Sydney, Australia about a month ago, took my white MB with defective top case. Its out of warranty already but even when I took it to a Mac service center the top case was replaced at no cost at all! Now that is customer service. Can we expect something like this here? I doubt it seriously. Is the Philippine market big enough for Apple to care about its customers here...I hope Apple is seriously thinking about streamlining its reseller/partnership program here and standardize after sales customer support.

Another issue too is knowledgeable sales people. Sales people here dont know **** about the products they sell...come on! We spend a lot of money buying Apple products and accessories the least we can expect is credible assistance while in store. Not to mention that Apple products are a lot more expensive than in the US.

CRAP CRAP CRAP...SHAME ON APPLE FOR TURNING A BLIND EYE ON THESE ISSUES!!!!
