Fact : Only Apple items in its original state are eligible for warranty.

Opinion : Without telling the Apple authorized service center anything about the history of the item (let them) except that it (if) is broken, you might get the same warranties by virtue of it being an Apple product.

Fact : Apple service centers are required to service Apple items, period. If replacement is needed, it should be replaced, but this can not be applied perpetually by Apple to its products, so they provide warranties, either included on the purchase price already or as an additional purchase based on time.

Opinion : I think that any Apple service center would require you to confirm this condition prior to receiving warranty services. If you can not prove such, they will still service your unit, but, lacking the proof, will require necessary fees. (Because your warranty can not be established). This is the only way Apple service centers make money, when unit is out of warranty coverage.

If unit is serviced and warranty coverage can be proven, they will service your unit, however, the service center is limited to servicing your unit only as close as possible to its original state, that means, they MAY remove your softwares, contacts, jailbreaks, configurations, etc, so they can return it to you in a state similar to when you got it the first time. They are not even obligated to clean your unit, they will just repair it so the problem you are reporting will be taken cared of.

Always register your purchases. Whatever you do to your unit is not Apple's business. They just want you to think and feel they are taking care of you. All responses by Apple to your registration are electronic. Its really nothing personal. They send the same emails to a billion other apple users.

I am sorry for a stupid question but if my iPhone got broken (heaven forbid) and I bought it from Globe, can I bring it to any Apple center? I am just not that confident with Globe as an after sales messenger to Apple.
